Registrar

Feltonfleet School has an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing and Admissions team as Registrar, reporting to the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications working to grow the pupils numbers at our school, providing every prospective family with an exceptional, quality experience from initial contact to joining and beyond with a focus on both enrolments and retention of existing pupils.

 

This role will work with the Admissions team to embed a sales culture and mindset throughout the school. The role will be an ambassador for the school, understanding what each parent needs, and delivering exemplary customer service.

Gap Tutor (Required for January 2026)

Job title: Gap Tutor

Reporting to: Gap Manager

Hours: 7.45 am – 5.30 pm (plus support for pupils boarding one evening a week until 9.00 pm)

Salary: £15,325.20 per annum including £3,454.36 contribution towards your accommodation.

Benefits: On-site accommodation including complimentary meals on site during term time and use of school facilities.

 

Feltonfleet is a dynamic and flourishing day and boarding school for pupils aged 3-13 and is looking forward to welcoming enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated residential Gap Tutors from January 2026.

Gap Tutor - Job Specification

School Minibus Driver - Term time only

An opportunity for a reliable and trustworthy person with good local area knowledge to drive school minibuses to transport pupils to and from school on a daily basis. There may also be occasions when assistance is needed to transport pupils on trips to London and local areas.

The successful candidate must hold a D1 driving licence with driving experience. 

Hours: 22.5 hours per week over a split shift morning and afternoon typically 6.30 - 8.30am and 4.00 -  6.30 pm Monday-Friday.

Term Time Only. 

Salary: £14 per hour

You must be a team player who is able to put the safety and welfare of our pupils and school site at the forefront of all they do.

The Driver must hold a full driving licence with no more than 6 points and a minimum of 2 years' driving experience, and have a D1 (101) category on the licence.
