Charity Sale

Well done to the Year 5 girls, who today held a Craft and Bake Sale in aid of the Air Ambulance - Kent Surrey Sussex.

The initial idea was raised by Lola K, Olivia B, Tiggy B and Zoe C who were the driving force behind the project. Their enthusiasm soon gained the support of the whole of the year group, who have been busy making crafts and edible Easter goodies to ensure that this was one of our best charity fund-raisers yet, with an amazing total raised of £623.85!

Our talented Year 5 pupils created a stunning poppy display for Remembrance in their DT lessons, using scroll saws and plastics ovens to craft 3D poppies from Foamalux. We will remember them. This year’s remembrance service at Feltonfleet was particularly moving, with a visit from the niece of one of Feltonfleet’s fallen, reminding us of the personal stories and legacies behind each name. Our Heads and Deputy Heads of School led the commemoration, sharing insights from their visit to the Royal Hospital Chelsea, where Veterans shared what remembrance means to them. Today, and always, we remember with gratitude and pride. #remembranceday #lestweforget #Feltonfleet #armisticeday @royalhospitalchelsea
